Monitors the marketing practices of the alcohol industry to focus attention and action on industry practices that jeopardize the health and safety of America's youth. 

Community Anti-Drug Coalitions of America (CADCA) www.cadca.org 
Since 1992 CADCA has been training local grassroots groups, known as community anti-drug coalitions, in effective community problem-solving strategies, teaching them how to assess their local substance abuse-related problems and develop a comprehensive plan to address them. In addition to providing training and technical assistance, CADCA advocates for community coalitions in Congress and provides networking and educational opportunities through conferences and events.

Developed by CADCA's National Coalition Institute. The Institute was established in 2002 by an Act of Congress to improve the effectiveness of community anti-drug coalitions across the nation. this resource to educate, inform and empower a coalition and provide some of the basic tools needed for success.
