Promote healthy youth development by preventing underage substance use

- Educate the public on issues of underage alcohol and drug use
- Convene stakeholders to advance the work of the efforts on underage substance use
- Enlarge resources to support and expand coalition and members efforts
- Implement activities that advance the efforts of the coalition and its members
