It’s a resource for current news, events, research and networking about underage substance use and abuse for those wanting to help prevent underage use of alcohol and drugs in Montgomery County. Drawing the Line on Underage Substance Abuse is a Coalition of county agencies, private citizens and community groups all working to coordinate support and sustain efforts to reduce substance use by youth.
